Camera access and clothing scans
With your permission, StylorAI may access your device camera so you can photograph and scan clothing items. Camera access is activated only when you use a camera-based feature. You can deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings, although clothing-scanning features may then be unavailable.
Images you upload
We collect images you choose to capture or upload, such as photographs of clothing. We process these images to identify details such as garment type, color, style, and category; create your digital wardrobe; and provide outfit recommendations. Please avoid uploading images that contain faces, people, sensitive documents, or information unrelated to your clothing.
Account information
If you create or sign in to an account, we may collect information such as your name, email address, unique account identifier, authentication details provided by a sign-in provider, saved wardrobe items, preferences, and app settings.
Analytics and device information
If enabled, we use Firebase Analytics to understand how the Services are used. This may include app interactions, feature usage, approximate location derived from IP address, device and operating system information, app version, language, advertising identifiers where permitted, and other diagnostic or event data. This information helps us measure engagement and improve the Services.
Crash and performance data
If enabled, we use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and technical diagnostics. These may include device state, device model, operating system, app version, timestamps, and technical details about an error. We use this information to identify bugs, improve stability, and protect the Services.
Communications
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, including your email address, message, and any attachments, so we can respond and provide support.

- Scan and categorize clothing and build your digital wardrobe.

5. Storage, security, and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Retention periods vary depending on the type of information. Deleting your account may not immediately remove limited information retained in backups, security logs, or records we must keep by law.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
7. How to request data deletion
You may request deletion of your StylorAI account and associated personal information at any time.
Send a message to privacy@stylorai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request."
Write from the email associated with your account, or include enough information for us to locate and verify it. Do not send passwords or sensitive identity documents unless we specifically request a secure verification method.
After verification, we will delete or de-identify eligible account data and confirm completion within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may retain limited records where legally required or necessary for security and fraud prevention.
8. Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, or under the higher minimum age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
9. International data transfers
StylorAI and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards intended to protect personal information transferred internationally.
